With the Model United Nations Conference the Rotterdam University of Applies Sciences simulates the United Nations. On December 8 2008, students in International Aid & Development and Media & Communication will be world leaders and try to find solutions for problems that affect many of us around the globe. As delegates, representing a country that is part of the United Nations in real life, they play the role of a diplomat for a day. At the December 8 MUNRO Conference they will debate and lobby on issues concerning fair trade, human trafficking and Dream Centres in Afghanistan. The MUNRO website will keep you up to date on developments that go on during the day.
